• Zinsser Gardz is a high performance clear water-borne sealer, for all interior porous wall surfaces, and drywall/plaster-board. 
• It seals and protects new drywall, filler, skim coats, plaster, wallpaper adhesive residue and previously painted chalking paint etc, penetrating and binding the substrate together, it therefore does a similar job to a water-borne stabilising solution. 
• Use prior to wallpapering or painting. 
• Repairs torn paper on damaged pasterboard.
• Seals skim coats and filled areas.
• Protects new plaster board ready for wallpapering or painting. 
• Seals old wallpaper adhesive. 
• Easy to apply, high spread rate, fast drying. 
• Water-base, low odour, dries clear. 
• Coverage approximately 8 square meters per litre, coverage will vary depending on the profile an porosity of the substrate. 
• Application: Brush, Roller or HVLP/Airless Spray. 
• Drying Time: Touch dry in a minimum of 30 minutes. 
• Can be wallpapered or overcoated in a minimum of 3 hours. 
• Do not use when air and surface temperatures are below 10 deg C, during application or drying stages.
