Hardware Ireland offer a trackable delivery service on all orders through An Post Couriers. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email which from which you can check delivery progress at www.anpost.ie. You can view our full delivery details and price points below:
If you are ordering for a private address that’s a little ‘out of the way’ please bear in mind that the courier may not be familiar with the area, so please give directions if you think it’s necessary! Please also let us have your mobile number so that the courier can contact you if you’re ‘out and about’.
At Hardware Ireland you can also collect your products in-store. You can complete your order online and once you select the collection in-store option we will have your products ready and waiting when you call in.
We intend to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your product from HardwareIreland.ie. However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other than perishable produce or a special order) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered. We can change or cancel your order up until it has been dispatched.
If you return the product in its original unused condition (with the product & packaging unmarked and unworn) and fit for resale within seven working days of the order being received, we will refund you the cost of the product or replace it (if available) as soon as possible following our agreement to do so (excluding cost of postage and transport). You will be responsible for paying for the return carriage of the goods to us. If you are exchanging a product for another size or style we will send these subsequent items to you free of charge.
All items you wish to return have to be received by us within 14 days of delivery (i.e. the day after the vouched date of dispatch to you). Please include all relevant packing slips and documentation when returning the product. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of returned goods.
